Hello!!!!
Yes, I know I've been away for quite some time. I do have very good reasons for it though!! I have a painting in the Garden State Watercolor Society juried show. It is currently being held at the Trenton City Museum (Ellarslie).
A huge thing I did was participate in INKTOBER. I missed three days unfortunately but I have never gotten that far. Due to my recent series, my theme was literature.I figured it was broad enough to complete 31 pieces on. If your interested in seeming them please, I have posted them on my instagram and have attached my favorite ones to this post. One thing I didn't count on was how difficult it would be. TONS of books and stories and poems and for some reason it was hard to turn the words into a sketch. If you know me then you know I LOVE color, which was another challenge to stick to black and white. I did try purple ink but that was when I understood the beauty of the classic india ink. These pieces are for sale and if you would like a print, send me a message through the contact page.
In other news, I HAVE A HOLIDAY BOOTH!!!! Yes, indeed, I do. December 17th in Jersey City, NJ I will have a booth with the Artists and Makers Market. I'm beyond excited!! For this booth, I will be carrying prints of my currently, completed Tolkien pieces and will be doing a raffle for a free 8x10 print of Bagend. Lots of good things coming. It will be at the Grove Street PATH Plaza on December 17th 4pm to 8pm. Come check out my new paintings and maybe get some last minute holiday gifts for your loved ones!
Hope you enjoy them!!!
