Kat M Hamilton is a fine artist from New York City. Being surrounded by so many different people, things and venturing to different places made her appreciate natural phenomena, from the bloom of a flower to a person having an epiphany. She made it a goal to illustrate these moments with a combination of materials, a variety of subjects, and high contrast.

Kat graduated from Hunter College with a major in Art and a minor in Classical studies. She has exhibited her work since 2002, having been part of a group show at the National Arts Club with great thanks to her teacher and renowned artist Joan Elizabeth Meyer. Kat is also a graduate of the mastery program at Milan Art Institute under the tutelage of Dafni Milan. Her work has been shown in galleries such as Greenpoint Gallery and Ellarslie Museum. Her art is currently showcased at M.A.D.S Art Gallery in Milan and Contemporary Art Curator Magazine. Currently, her work is exclusively displayed at Awakening NY and Upfront Exhibition Space in Port Jervis, NY. She is part of an artist collective Art Studio No7 where monthly auctions are held of her and other artists' artwork.

“I want to invoke a feeling. I want you to be inspired. I want you to ask questions and look deeper because life is too beautiful to ignore. As an artist, I’m beyond grateful to have the ability to see life this way and put it on a substrate for everyone to see.”
